If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase return it undamaged in the original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will refund your money. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Before returning any merchandise please email us and receive an authorization number before making any returns.
We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Checks and Money Orders. Checks take 10 days to clear, Money Orders (please make checks and money orders payable to Pitch ’n Hit Baseball) and Credit Card orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of the time they are received. Please send all mail in orders to the address listed above. If you are mailing an order to us please be sure to include not only the item you are ordering but all of the essential shipping and contact information (phone and email) we may need to process your order. The best way to be sure we have all the information we need to ship your order is to place all the items you want in your shopping cart and fill out the shipping info. After the form is completed and just before checkout, print the form and then mail it with your payment to the address above. Shipments to New York State residents must include the appropriate sales tax for your area.
We ship most orders to physical addresses via UPS. Any orders shipped to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS. International orders will also ship via USPS. Estimated shipping and handling charges will display in the shopping cart during checkout. If a question arises about shipping charges we will contact you by phone or email to resolve any issues before item is shipped. Orders shipped within New York State will be taxed at the current sales tax rate for your area.

We update our stock availability information every business day. Unfortunately there are times when an item is indicated as being available when it has run out of stock before it has been updated on the online catalog. At that time, you will have the option of having the product shipped when it becomes available, or to cancel the order.
